At first glance I would say the top few pieces are not showing too much fire, more of the Chalcedony roses. There's a good bit of that white Chalcedony in the Southeast corner of Arizona. Of course I am not a Fire Agate expert and you can't tell what's further down in the bucket. Picked up a decent amount of the Chalcedony at Round Mt this past June.

Fire agate doesn't occur in the chalcedony "roses." It's in the brown sard beneath the whiteish chalcedony, often just at the junction between the two but it can occur throughout the brown material. From what I can see in your image there isn't a lot of sard in the bucket, at least in the top layer. Maybe there's some in the smaller material below.
I suggest wetting the material and in full sunshine, with the aid of an Optivisor or magnifying glass, carefully checking each piece for traces of play of color. That will be your best clue as to whether the material has fire agate potential.
At best, you have a lot of work ahead: sorting, checking and cutting. Hope your efforts pay off.
