Hello all,
Just joined to read on and discuss the aforementioned. Wanting to make a stone lathe from a dryer (clothes) motor and hopefully sell these locally.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum.
Had someone that wanted me to make plugs for them. Looked in to it and it looks like the easiest way to do it would be to cut the circle with a hole saw and groove it with a concave grinding wheel.

I think broseph82 makes plugs. Maybe he can shed some light on his technique.

Welcome to the forum from Ohio! I'm new myself, but there's a ton of info here and experts by the handful!
