Nice. The outlines of your cabs always seem to have such a timeless, elegant shape. Good job. I like to imagine where they will be in hundreds of years from now and who will be cherishing these heirlooms. Many good artists sign their work and I wonder if there's a way to laser etch or make your mark on the back of your pieces? It's possible that years into the future some collectors will be competing to acquire creations by Tela. Something you and other lapidaries ought to ponder. I like the idea of leaving a legacy.

Interesting.... something I never really thought of. I did wonder, at one point, about how to sign my wraps, but I never came up with a good way to do it. Maybe marking the back of the cab is the way to go. (?)

There are affordable gadgets available that can laser etch glass and other materials, but I don't know how well it would work with stone. I think a discrete logo, signature, etc. on the back of a cab could be attractive and add value to your work.

I don't think I would trust a lot of stones to laser etching.
