I have a Harbor Freight double drum tumbler and the belt breaks all the time. Has anyone found a good heavy duty belt from a different manufacturer that fits the Harbor Freight tumbler? Thanks!

Lortone belts fit the HF tumblers. The Rock Shed is one place to get them. Some people have used O-rings from hardware or auto parts stores.
Before you replace the belts again, make sure the pulleys are aligned. I've read that misaligned pulleys is a common reason for HF belts to wear out prematurely.

If you are around a place with vacuum cleaner belts you can get a small one and modify it and it works

I had one that did that all the time but the one I'm running now doesn't do it... if you want I can look around and see if I still have the extra belts I could mail you. I used to have a lot but I *may* have thrown them out. We're about to do some renovations and I had to "clean." Message me if you want me to look, and I'll get back with you in a few to let you know.
