That is a three stack pottery kiln with pain-in-butt sitter switch(control). Great for pottery and will easily melt glass well. I bought one in about the same shape for $200, bought a controller off Ebay for $125. But have not put it together yet. I prefer you to buy a glass kiln with a ramp/hold controller(see Sentry ramp hold controller/computer). i went ahead and bought a Paragon 10 used for $500 with a Sentry 3.0 controller, both my kilns are Paragon with Sentry 3.0 controller. The good US made ramp/hold controllers are costly but easy to use and bulletproof. Look on Craig's list and eBay for one with a ramp/hold controller. People are selling them, vase and plate glass biz is depressed. Most glass kilns have heat in the top lid, glass likes top heat.

I second what Jim says. Get a glass kiln with the correct controller. Kilnfrog has what you’d need for specs and their shipping is included in price
