So I bought this for fifty cents at a rock show a while back. It was cool, but misshapen and pitted. So I figured I could make a cab out of it. And I know I've seen these before here but can't for the life of me remember what it is... Here's what it looked like when I bought it... And a few views of where it is now. I need to put it in the tumbler, but I know it will take a shine because I bought it polished. Funny how a stone can look different with different backgrounds!

Interesting how it looks like a different rock after polishing. Cute little rock for sure and I would agree, Lake Superior agate. I sometimes worry when I make a video that somebody will call BS on a rock that looks different from when dug to cleaned to prepped. Heck, sometimes I wonder if I was mixed up too. It is an easy mistake to make when dealing with a number of stones, so I try carefully not to let that happen. Hopefully, if that occurs then I can get away with claiming I am a confused old man. LOL
