So about a week ago I posted that I had broken off a bolt inside of the nut on my motor trying to increase the tension on the belt. I sent the motor into Lortone to be fixed and just got it back today. It arrived sooner than I thought it would and when I opened the box I got a nice surprise. They sent a brand new motor, and all at no charge. On top of it all, since it was a gift I had no receipt. Talk about excellent customer service!

Currently only use 3 of their 3lb barrels that purchased second hand for $10pc but not so much as a drop leak from them so far. Did replace the lid gasket on them for like $4 a piece tho. Need to upgrade to their 6lb/12lb barrels to speed things up. Lot o tumbler sitting idle far too long!

Glad they treated you well and that you shared it. It might mean they will continue to do it for others. Good companies deserve a good plug.

Greetings [miket] about five years ago I bought 10 Barrel guides for my Lortone C300 rotary tumbler from Rock Shed, when I received the package it felt a bit too light, just 10 plastic wheels without nuts and bolts were included, Lortone's own product listing specifed the nuts and bolts were included, about three weeks later Lortone sent the missing nuts and bolts worth about a dollar or less direct to me in Scotland, the postage alone was $10.03!
