Growing up we always had this rock around that had a small animal footprint in it. Is this common? I’ll have to grab a picture.... Also my brother in KS. Found a perfectly round stone ball and out in the shed he found the hollowed rock to match it. Probably no way to tell if either one is genuine.

Common, kind of, but still rare in some areas of the country... The stones are probably artifacts also..

Post photos please. There was a collection of artifacts at Trails End Camp in Bruce. It included pieces from a Native American game. There were various sizes of round rocks and disks.
Wonder if the round rock was a game piece.

I’ll have to. Was it “Chunkey”?

CAnnot remember the name. During educational camps we were able to play the game with the rocks.
