Really cool idea, toiv0. Did you already solder the setting on the outside band before your tried raising the sides up?

Really cool idea, toiv0 . Did you already solder the setting on the outside band before your tried raising the sides up? I was flaring the side and needed to raise them higher so kept annealing and using a drop. I have no idea why they ended up straight. Then just put a flat spot and raised the spinner off the setting in case the solder flowed to it and soldered the spinner to the setting.

That looks cool. Those spinner rings are sure popular these days. Takes about 20 min to make a one spinner ring. So am super glad people are buying them up. Wider ones with multiple spinners and stone take a bit longer which can be expected.

Can't think of why it would do that.
