Down in Columbus working for a few days and have Sunday off. We are talking about going to Nethers. Any one have any tips or is there another place to go? Is it realistic to drag out a few hundred pounds. Can a person drive to the flint so his old body doesn't break down? Tools? big hammer? chisel? bar? shovel?

Drive in on Nethers if its dry. Look around pits, the knappers dont want flint that's has Druzy pockets so they throw it up out of the pit for rockhounds. Use tube 50 cents a pound. You can easily pick up hundreds of pounds! LOL. You can go to Roy's quarry close by for more expensive flint and a good education from him.
