Agate, Chert, Brecciated Jasper. where are they from? Lapidary materials are usually named after a location or by the finder.

not sure got them from a older feller That's funny! Older feller, or gal, could be used to describe a majority of RTH members, lol. Of course there are some young'uns, too. (We don't all have one foot in the grave.)

First one is Flint Ridge flint. Second one looks like material from either South Dakota Prairie agate area or Thompson/ Green River region in eastern Utah. Third one, the breccia could come from any number of western areas in California, Nevada or Arizona.
