Hello Rock Tumblers,
My name is Levi and I'm very happy to have found this forum. I'm pretty new to working with rocks and glass and will have all sorts of rookie questions. If it wasn't for stumbling across this group I likely would have purchased a Harbor and Freight tile saw to take on projects that require much more finesse.
A little about me.
I grew up in the midwest working in corn fields, doing landscaping, shoveling all of the snow, and picking up random construction jobs. I'm now in Texas and a hobby enthusiast that enjoys wood working, abstract art, making music, and now working with rocks and glass.
I'm here looking for the right tools for the job and hoping to gain insight.
Cheers
-Levi

Welcome from KY. You'll find answers you need here. Don't knock that 7" Harbor Freight tile saw too much. Mine has served it's purpose for me over the last 5 years. Definitely not a finesse machine, though.
