Honestly, I don't know. I will say that if you give them a call, I'd be willing to bet they'd tell you. Both the staff and owner Shawn are really awesome and have always been easy to talk to...and very helpful with any question you can probably come up with.

Just curious Why would you care where it was made. It is just a bulk industrial product. I have never heard of quality problems. I know it is used steel production and some of it was made in the northwest.

Grit source isn't like produce or furniture and cars, probably 1 or 2 sources world wide so just be happy you can get your paws on it !

Now we understand the question. Sorry that has become such a problem. When I grew up in Northern Minnesota no one cared what was shipped where. I have a friend who does a lot of lapidary in Thunder Bay I will ask him where he gets his. It is a shame there is a duty on such a low value item. Shipping is almost more than the grit. You could contact Minnesota Lapidary Supply they used to ship a lot of stuff into Canada.

Look around in your area for Sandblasting Supplies They should carry a good assortment of Abrasives suitable for rock tumbling
