I got my daughter some jewelry kits to make pendants etc from the rocks I gave her. What's a good adhesive to use for attaching them to the bells?

A lady in our club always used E6000. I don't make jewelry, so can't vouch for it personally. Our friend used it for all of her glue-on bails.

I agree about the epoxy 6000 Good strong stuff No mixing> That a plus if its kids doing the crafting. It allow good set time to adjust the bail.
Stuff won’t give. I have 15 year old unbroken hearts That twice the 7 year itch ha
Inexpensive. Small tube. Widely available Try it you’ll like it …

ditto E6000, I use it on my pendants all the time. No mixing as @mohs says.
