Heel cut from a larger specimen, came from a sale that featured rock, didn't really notice any glass. Not sure what all the inclusions are, a couple are pinkish. Anyone ever run across anything similar? kind of leaning towards glass, but didn't show any 'molten flow' surfaces originally, just rough fractured, was a decent sized chunk, maybe some industrial leftover or something?

I can't help you on the ID...but I'll be curious to see if anyone can chime in on it! Whatever this is, it looks really cool!

I have no clue what that is. Kind of looks like critter encrusted Moldavite or something.

Obsidian does get cristobalite inclusions that are white or pinkish and I understand there is green obsidian too but unsure what you have as I've never seen the like.

Kind of looks like that Lovellite, melted coke bottles from when the Lovell Wyoming coca cola plant burned down but I have never seen it with that many inclusions in it before, they are usually spaced out quite a bit, so it probably isnt that, but thats what I thought when I first saw it.

Tony that is exactly what I thought as well. Usually it's almost a bright green with very little inclusions
