does anyone know where i can get a replacement motor for the smaller thumler tumbler ? I have sent 2 emails to the company with no responce so i guess they dont deal with the public .THanks in advance for any help . Wayne

THe show was good , but i prefer the ones Travel channel showed a few years ago with fee collecting sites and other open sites where one could go and collect

I have a tumbler running now with some lizard stone in it. Some is very soft and wont i know , but most of it is hard and polishs well

I will try and get some pictures in a couple weeks . I had a pacemaker put in last week so i am grounded for a few weeks . here i can collect rhyolite , different agates and jaspers . I have green lizard stone , some rock from McCracken mine , Chuck posted some of the rough and cabs a couple weeks ago from some stuff i sent him but i am not skilled enough to figure out how to list the thread here ., perhaps if he reads this he can show which thread it is

Welcome and enjoy . We enjoy collecting and also buy and trade to get things we cant find here in Northern Arizona ,both specimens and cutting materials

Would anyone be interested in doing some tradeing for materials local to their area's in the near future once i can get off my weight restictions and handle roc again ? I am i North west Arizona close to Kingman .

If someone wanted to light it from below you should be able to use plexiglass as a base and set the stones to the plexiglass and than pour it with epoxy to seal and level everything

Stone canbe set in 2 part epoxy for many different uses , WE plan to make all of our counter tops in the kitchen out of lizard stone and than pouring epoxy over them . I have done a small pictureand a serving tray for practice and when i get homefrom my surgery next week i will try and take some pictures
