Hello RTH members, my name is Nick Siepert and I am from Southern Idaho. I'm a 39 year old paraplegic rock addict who loves everything to do with rocks. I tumble 24/7 and work fire agates, fire opals, and about anything else I can get my hands on in my spare time (all the time LOL). I am always up to meeting fellow rockhounds for a beer if any of you get to the Rexburg/Idaho Falls Idaho area, just shoot me a message and we can talk rocks!!!!

I will be moving into my new home shortly and will need to part with some lapidary equipment. Local pickup only, I have for sale: Kit built 12" trim saw (will email pics to serious inquirers) $150 with new blade 10" gravity driven saw (will email pics to serious inquirers) ($100 with new blade) Large full round petrified wood log collected from Moulton Tx (weighs about 300-400 lbs) (will email pics to serious inquirers) Star Diamond Industries (now barranca) 6" cabbing wheels with motor mounted on table with rock rascal trim saw (no motor) ($450) I may also consider parting with one of my 24" saws... Alan Hi Alan, if you decide to part with one of your 24's, I may be interested!!!

Nice choice. I am just coming to the end of my first Lot-O cycle and so far it is impressive. So much quieter than the TV-5 and the rock action seems a lot more vigorous! That is wonderful, will be great to have something that is quieter than the rattletrap TV-5 lol

Wow, excellent wrap there John!!! Do you find it easier to wrap with square wire than round? I have a terrible time with round 22 G silver filled so bad that I sent my roll to someone as a present cos I was so pissed at it LOL

When you get the Lot-o make sure you set it up right and mount it to something solid. I set mine up on cement blocks so I don't have to bend down or kneel to tend to them,,,,, connrock Luckily, I will not need mine mounted that high since even sitting in my wheelchair I am only 5 foot even to the top of my head LOL Thanks for the excellent photos so I know better how to set mine up when it gets here Connrock, I really appreciate tham!!!!

I don't want to discredit the theory but it didn't work for me Worked fabulously for me on the pet wood, but had to take all of it out to start 25 lbs of agates from Virgin Valley NV, so after they are all finished, back to the wood and obsidian I go.

If ya ain't oiled it...you have metal to metal contact now. It will have eaten plumb thru the bushing... probably on the drive end where the big pulley is. The others won't be in good shape either. I oil every 2 weeks er so. Exactly, have to keep those surfaces from eating each other away!!!!!
