Found this the other day in Bellevue ID. It is a mud stone with quartz veins. It sits on a layer of white quartz and the mudstone protrudes through the bottom.

You did a nice job on the Linda Marie. The Tiger tail is orby. A friend said when it has orbs they call it Cheatah tail.

I have had a terrible experience with the Red Cross and after that will never give to any organized charity. I do give directly to people who need help, after a fire has destroyed their home, had some kind of tragedy in their family, an elderly couple needing help. I put a roof on a home of an elderly couple several years ago after being damaged in a storm.

Cool that you posted Butterfly Wing. It's always been one of my favorites, too.
First trip to Q that Robin and I made together I screwed up and made her mad at me. We had planned to look around before buying rough. One of the first vendors we stopped at had some Butterfly Wing.
Some of the other ladies from the club distracted Robin, and when she turned back to me she asked "What's that in your hand? You bought that, didn't you?" Busted! We still have a bit of it, and I got a pardon when the little slices turned out to super nice. Better to ask forgiveness than permission sometimes.

Beautiful items. ToTo is a very lucky. They are also very deserving. Pendant wasn't big enough so I gave it away to a cancer survivor. I don't think her husband likes me.

Hint when you smell gas shut it off and don't think...8 more seconds and it's done.

I like that orientation. It's not what you would expect and looks good that way. Aren't you supposed to fix the torch with OFF? LOL! It was off, the plastic hose was suspect, thought 2 times it was fixed by shortening it and the third by replacing it with what I assumed was a new hose. Well I was the a$$ in assumed. Found a medical oxygen hose that was close and will work until I leave.

I really like that pendant, toiv0 ! The landscape setting is unconventional and really grabs attention. The Schmantsy Pantsy bail finishes it off to perfection. Scratch like, I love it!
Glad you didn't get really hurt with your torch. That's scary.
I hate when things go boom In my face. The lady I made this for said it looks like a bear, it's just a polished slab. Was pretty hard to bezel because the rind or edge was like a horse hoof instead of rounded.Schamanatsy Pantsy. Ilike them words.
