Like them all. Partial to serpentine. What a job! Tiny is hard to do. Thanks Pat! I lose lots of fingernail parts when I do small and I lose my sanity when I try to do round.

Very nice! I love imperial, too. Thank you. It might be my new favorite...or at least one of my favorites!

Nice job on those! Imperial jasper is an absolute treat to cut. So very true! I couldn't believe the polish it took!

I cut some small green trillions yesterday for a couple pieces I have planned. Clockwise from top left: imperial Jasper, variscite, gaspeite, moss agate, and frogskin serpentine. All about the size my ring finger fingernail. I hadn't worked imperial Jasper before, and all I can say is I will be doing more in the future! John

Thanks everyone for the words of encouragement and nice comments! I have been ruminating over this design for a while and was so pleased with how it turned out. I may try it with jade or serpentine as well. I posted this on my Facebook page and my dad asked if he could have it to give to my mom for Christmas because she likes it so much. It was so sweet!

I have been kicking this around for a while and this weekend I finally got around to fabricating it. My mom loved it and now she is getting another pendant Christmas gift! Variscite from Utah.

Very nice!! How was it to work with? I'm tempted to get some but it's often a bit rich for my blood on eBay... Soft like seraphenite? The colors are true tothe slab, So what you see, is what you get! Thank you! I can do soft I think. I was worried it was crumbly or needed stabilized. That is a beautiful cab.

Thanks Chuck. I probably wasn't clear in my post and edited it for clarity. The red jasper is the unknown and the one I would love some type of ID on. I know its a total long shot but who knows. Everyone on this forum has so much experience that I imagine someone might have seen something like it before. The red one is the one I would not venture a guess about. There are several localities that could be from and without seeing the rough it becomes really hard to pinpoint. I hate listing items for sale without knowing the I.D. but sometimes it is unavoidable. Really nice silver work. Chuck Thank you!

Your pendants are very nice! My favorite is the last one — the twisted wire is a simple and very appealing way of showing off the stone. Thanks I appreciate it! I really only do simple silver work and want the stones to be front and center.

Great job on these! I like the first one best. ID is really difficult with photos, but Mel Sabre52 might be able to help you. Thank you mossy! I know it's a shot in the dark with getting an ID from a picture, but once in a while I get lucky. Maybe this will be one of those times
