Did they use your picture or take their own? Would love to see your original picture for comparison.

There are some nefarious sites in other countries that rip off your product pictures to sell a product they don't have. You buy it, they never ship it, you never get your money back. Lots of sites like that. I have found my stuff on them before, too.
When I scroll down the page you linked to, other pictures of cabs are seen that ALSO look like yours.

Strange. A huge red flag to me is the variety of backgrounds in the photos. Some appear to have the background removed, too.
I hope they are not stealing your photos.

Those are the original pictures I used for listing without change. The whole thing may be a scam. One of these is mine and being resold on Etsy. www.etsy.com/listing/1222305222/blue-mountain-jasper?gpla=1&gao=1&Top cab from group one was sold to a buyer from Rancho Cordova for $22 in December 2020 and the Etsy shop is located in Sacramento which are neighbors.

If I were you, I'd start watermarking all your photos that you post in your shop.

Happened to me too. Some woman in the Philippines ripped off a dozen or more of my images and used them to play nefarious games. Can anyone do a tutorial on watermarking? What program is needed?

If your photo editor allows the use of layers, you can create your watermark on a new layer and adjust the opacity down to make it unobtrusive. You might then have to flatten it to reduce file size and save it as whatever file type you use.

I know a lot of folks use Photoshop Elements. Here's a video for the process in that program:

hummingbirdstones , I use an ancient MS program called Photo Gallery. It's great for most purposes but doesn't allow watermarking to my knowledge. I have a full Photoshop program but it intimidates the heck out of me. It allows layering but I've never figured out how they work. I can do the kind of marking shown below but will have to study your Elements example (thanks!) to learn how layers and opacity work.

gemfeller, You can get your own copy of Elements without the cloud and have a hard disc. I got mine on Amazon www.amazon.com/dp/B09CRTD79F I highly recommend it. It's like photoshop lite for photographers. There's lots of useful stuff made easy.
I make a "stamp" for my watermark with the paintbrush tool. It is always easily available and adds a watermark where I want it with one click. Very easy to set up. (no layers involved) If you are interested, I can find a link for you. You can do it with Photoshop, too. But, PS is more program than most people need.

You can use a program called PhotoScape as well! I believe it's still free for download. I think I posted the link right (sorry I have trouble with link postings). It's what I use for my photos in order to add a shop icon and it never gave me any problems. To add a watermark, you upload your product picture and then your shop logo. As soon as you add your shop logo you get to decide size/transparency in a popup box. That way you can add it as a watermark or as a non-transparent logo. www.photoscape.org/ps/main/index.phpI hope this helps!
