I picked up this slab on ebay. It wasn't cheap but it was big. Finding any BW has become almost impossible. It seems like it all went to India and some from cabs from India are not the Mexican BW. The replacement is Cold Mountain. There are some fantastic slabs available which are expensive. Looking at some of the slabs offered, buying rough is a gamble. The Cold Mountain cabs go for less than the BW.

The slab arrived and I started studying it and laying out preforms. BWJ has fractures and the best way to find them is to give the slab a couple whacks. Once that was done I could continue with the designs. I expect some of them to fracture on the saw. I have one more design on the other side.
