I abused my 7-in saw yesterday and cut up a small piece of the crazy lace that I got from hummingbirdstones2

Some very nice stones. Hope you'll post some photos when you have finished them.

Huh. Nice druze/fortification in one part of that one. Looks like it might've been the rock in the center of the box photo.
I'm as interested as anyone when photos of this lot come up, because it had so many different looking kinds of rough in it.
I hope you'll post pics of some of the other chunks too - whenever you get time to slice them up.

I agree with Vince on the druzy pocket. That closeup picture shows a potentially good looking cab spot around that druzy.

I'll definitely post some more pics but not sure when I'll get some grinding time in. I think the druzy pocket is far enough away from the edge on a couple to get it in a cab. I think I need some new template shapes!

I think I need some new template shapes! There's ALWAYS a need for more template shapes! LOL On that closeup shot of the druzy, I see a simple teardrop shape serving it very well. (I know "boring"...but I can still see it! LOL). I'd ignore that little bit of fortification extending up and to the right...then have the fatter part of the teardrop on the bottom of that druzy. I know you've got a great eye for picking out patterns...so I'll be curious to see what you end up coming up with! I think druzy pockets are fun to include in a cab!

I think I left my little slabs in my other vehicle at the shop so I hacked another little piece off and made this.

That's cool. There's a lot going on in that cab. Different colors and patterns. Druze vug in the middle. Lot to look at in a little rock.
