Check out this beautiful brazilian fresh off the saw. Some nice Piranha Colors going on here! This one will be hitting the high speed sander when the rains come for sure. Always a good feeling when you get these deep and bright color combos going.

Thanks Roy, appreciate it. Brazilian Agate has always been a fun one. I'd love to meet the miners of the material. Does anyone know how this is actually 'mined' or if its just collected?

That is one beautiful slab. Can I ask where you got it? Pardon my English! Please keep us posted on the finish you do.

It's amazing the color/pattern differentials within Piranha Agate! That's a killer one!!

Jim This particular one I believe was originally purchased from Richardson Rock Ranch in Oregon. Can't be certain though as we have had multiple Brazilian Agate vendors we've worked with. We do actually have a box of Brazilian Agates available on our website though if you are looking for a source of some. We've cut a lot of it in the past and like to believe we are pretty good at sorting and reading ones like this in the rough. But, Brazilians are an interesting one as they can still cut completely different than we think they will!
