I don't think those are fractures. Just by chance, someone posted some pictures of some tumbled Botswana Agates on Reddit and they have those same little c shaped things.

I believe those bruises are from lots of small impacts.

There was another thread about this not that long ago, noting the same thing you are showing.
I've noticed these sort of impact marks in mostly in the slightly white agates, like Montana agates for example, and the ones you are showing here.
I'm pretty sure they are just surface impacts and always seem to go away when I transition to stages after coarse.
I run a vibe though, can't vouch if it's the same with rotary for all stages...

Those are ding marks caused by large rocks impacting each other. It's common to see them in ocean and river tumbled agates and jaspers. I would say that your load has too many large rocks. I only tumble one big rock per a 12 lb barrel.

As for Brazilian and Montana moss agates, they have healed fractures.. Can't do anything about it...
