rockjunquie Wow, that first one is awesome. Very unique. And the 2nd one is just very pretty. I think someone said elegant, that’s a good word, great for a dressy occasion. But that first one is quite cool, quite a statement. Thank you, Khara.  I'll always take "elegant". I don't know about statement piece since it's on the small side, but thanks for saying it. I thought the first one was obsidian as well behind the cab and wondered how the back looked like the front. Even now that I know, every time I look at it I see something different--first an old street lamp design, now a stained glass window--it's fascinating. The second, well, the second is the epitome of smooth and elegant. Love them both! Thanks Susan! That's quite a compliment that you see something different each time.
SORRY for the bad picture everyone! I'll get a better one when my light tent is available.

I'll say this without bragging... I made my marks for the bends and stuff and thought- I better check these. So, I got out the calipers and I swear to you, all opposing eyeballed marks were DEAD ON down the point 100th mm. (If that's how you describe it.) DH always says that's my strong suit. I don't know why I can eyeball so accurately, but I'm glad.

Very nice work, especially the first. I have always liked the prong wraps best, and you took this one a few steps beyond. When Elizabeth sees it she will no doubt be as impressed as I am. As far as focus with cell phone pics, did you try tapping the screen where you want it to focus? Sometimes I have to tap and click multiple times to fool the phone into doing what I want, and I'm guessing your idea of a bad pic is better than my best anyway.

Beautiful pieces. If I produced anything close to that it would certainly help my attitude and outlook on life. Keep wrapping it'll only get better! Looking at the first one I keep thinking of some antique Chinese design. I really like the cab in the second one. Pretty simple as far as crazy lace goes but it's just right. Of course, your wrap frames it and shows it off nicely. Thanks for sharing these.
