Hey Beth, I just sent my SIL the link. The site doesn't give the thickness of it. Can you tell me the thickness in gauge or mm? She does beaded macrame and needs to know. If you could do that, I would appreciate it.  |

If you could do that, I would appreciate it. This is also available at Michaels and possibly Hobby Lobby. I bought mine from Michaels and use it to haft stone knifes. Not sure about the diameter and it only comes in one thickness. I have been able to pull it in half and make two long threads out of it to wrap feathers on arrows. |

It's waxed Tela but thicker and stronger than dental floss. After I wrap it around a knife blade/handle I seal it all together and fuse the wax with a cigarette lighter. |

Is it about like waxed, dental tape? That's what I envision. It's waxed Tela but thicker and stronger than dental floss. After I wrap it around a knife blade/handle I seal it all together and fuse the wax with a cigarette lighter. Thank you. |
