interesting I'll have to read it a couple times cutting ward was a zip groove cut!
the teeth cutting will the breeze maybe
like a profiling carbide grinding cutter
anyway, you have the key to the tumblers !

This is off-the-charts incredible @hefty! What an undertaking!!
I could see a key like this being made to control the on/off switch to music/jewelry box. Something that wouldn't require a lot of force when turning the key.
I'm absolutely amazed...you're so very close to pulling this off!!

Pretty cool @hefty.
And definitely looks like a novel thing that might sell.
I like Tela's " key to your heart" idea.
Maybe the key ring cut out on top could be a heart.
I'd be impressed / surprised if a rock key could hold up to turning in an actual lock.
Now a lock key with a rock lock- wow- that sounds like a challenge !
