Anyone ordered from Rough Stone Rocks before?

I've only ordered from them once. I ordered 1 lb of obsidian. What they shipped me was one big hunk of obsidian that weighed about a pound.
I'm contemplating ordering a couple of things from them. They are the only place I really see selling Seiber (at a decent price) and I'd really like to get some of that. But I'm worried I'll end up with pieces to big to do anything with and I don't really have a way to easily reduce the size of anything. The obsidian I ordered I had to smash it with a hammer and probably lost 1/3 of it because of that.
I was also thinking about ordering some petrified wood and bloodstone from them as well. I just have reservations because of what happened with the obsidian. After I received it, I sent them a message using the website contact us form and on Facebook and they never responded to either, which just makes me even more wary.
But I have seen others mention it as a reputable store.... so I dunno.
