Destination: Heuberg at Nußdorf am Inn
Went on a little mountain tour with two friends.
It was a short, nice hike through beautiful nature and great scenery.
As the sun started to vanish behind the surrounding mountains, we made our way back down, enjoying the chancing scenery.
If you happen to have a free afternoon and a mountain nearby... just go.
I bet you wont regret it.

Went on a little mountain tour with two friends.
It was a short, nice hike through beautiful nature and great scenery.
We arrived at the Wanderparkplatz Schweibern around noon after around an hour drive eastwards from Munich.
The trail leads up an easy incline and you can choose many different little paths leading to a big, beautiful plateau with several alpine huts,
two of them offering homemade food and even the possibility to spend the night.
Further up the plateau leads the trail to our destination: Heuberg.
The trail gets a bit more steep and fairly muddy but easily manageable overall. The mountain top offers a great view down to river Inn and all the surrounding mountains.
We sat down in the high, dry grass and enjoyed some Pecorino cheese, Italian Salami and dark rum. ... and a LOT of refreshing water. 
As the sun started to vanish behind the surrounding mountains, we made our way back down, enjoying the chancing scenery.
It was a quick trip. Just a couple of hours... and so well worth it.
Looking down from above, enjoying the breeze, the absence of any "unnatural sound", the food and drink and the rest after a little exercise... is so refreshing for the mind. 
If you happen to have a free afternoon and a mountain nearby... just go.
I bet you wont regret it.
