I’m not sure why, but smaller pieces are a challenge for me.

They are for me too...both cabs and wraps. Cabs are seemingly faster to make when they're small...but that's about the only plus I find. Maybe it's because the margin of error is also exponentially smaller when everything's in "mini-mode"! LOL
