Here's an assortment from the last few weeks;
These first ones were from the test run of the rebuilt UV-18, it worked just fine. I did overload with larger pieces causing some damage on a few of the smaller items;
Left to right; Unknown from 35 miles NW of Houston, Agatized Coral and Palm Wood

Flint Ridge, the variety and the high polish definitely have the location on my collecting bucket list;

Lake Superior Agate(?), White Cliff's of Dover Flint(Ballast rock from East Coast) this material really takes a polish, and I have several larger interesting pieces to tumble, Highly Agatized Wood. I leave the white streaks as they add to the character.

A few selected Large pieces. These were run in either the 3lb barrel or the split Model B
First is a un-finished Sphere preform of Rain Forrest Jasper.

Unknown material. This Sphere was well rounded but not processed past first shaping.

A few of the 35 slabs I ran in one batch in Rotary, I ran it 9 days in AO polish in the model B and about 14 hours burnishing. They were all mirror finish.

This is one of my favorite pieces, White-skinned Brazilian. Not sure how one would explain this coloration occurred, have 5 or 6 more slabs

A large polished Rio. It's had an interesting journey. Formed in Northern Mexico or West Texas agate fields. Weathered out and washed down the Rio Grande and deposited near Zapata. Collected and taken to Georgia where it had a grinding session run in with a Diamond Blade. Then travel back to my garage for tumbling. It seems to be some type of Jasp/Agate.
