Terrific cabs, Jason!
Thanks for the hand model shot, too, because it helps to show scale. For some reason some of your cabs with sharp points often look very large to me.

The third one is the drawn out one in the middle that your trim saw improved upon? Did I read that right? I would be saying very kind things to my trim saw right now. I think I like #2 best, but if I look at them again I'll likely have a new favorite. They are all lovely--I really like all the "swooping curves" you've been doing and these are no exception.

Terrific cabs, Jason! Thanks for the hand model shot, too, because it helps to show scale. For some reason some of your cabs with sharp points often look very large to me. Thanks Gary! I really have a habit of taking pictures of cabs with the cab really being "in your face" where they take up the entire shot! LOL - That's a really good point...as someone else said this week they thought my cabs were "bigger" than what they really are. (Which isn't really something a guy wants to hear! LOL) I love these! They're gorgeous! I especially like the last one! I love that shape- quick make a stencil! Thanks Tela! I'm floored that there are so many likes of that last one. Not that "I" thought it was bad...I liked it as soon as I shaped it...I just figured everyone else would think it was too "funky"! LOL I really like that last one! Thanks my friend! You know...the balls in your court now! (And you can't pick out a prom queen...you've gotta date the sister!) Nice scrap pile save! I dig the pattern variation between all three cabs even though they came from the same slab. Thanks my friend! I wish I would have taken a picture of what kind of "scrap" that third one came from! I just started grinding until I thought it looked good. Remember what we were saying about "flying by the seat of our pants"! LOL Yep - third time was the charm. Thanks Vince! Not too bad for a guy who HATES doing free-forms! LOL Gorgeous! That last one is awesome. Second rockjunquie -- make a template of that last one! Thanks Robin! I will make a template. I'll do a tracing, take an overhead pic, and post it... Thanks Susan! The middle shape drawn on the slab is what I wanted to have come out of there...but my trim saw didn't cooperate with staying between the lines...so the blade cut into the shape I wanted. I was actually cussing my trim saw (read that I was cussing me for going over the lines in the middle shape). So, I took the scrap that was left and just started grinding. I actually had straight edges on the left and upper left...but as I looked at it, I didn't like it...so each side got an inside curve. Usually I have one out of a batch that stands out...but I really like all of them pretty much equally.

Well I guess I'll be the odd one, I dislike the last one - not quite the thing to ME anyway.
The first 2 are nice

Thanks Patty. I knew that last one wasn't going to be for everyone...in fact, I wasn't sure it was going to be to anyone's liking. But I have learned that with 8 billion people on the planet, even the perceived ugly things get loved.

Stunning work. I'm going to have to join Patty on the last one though. I like the original shape before the saw snafu. I'm amazed that you pulled 3 quality cabs that look so different out of that little slab! Nice stuff!

I wasn't sure what exactly to expect from Morrisonite...so I was more than pleased I got more than ZERO cabs out of that slab! LOL
