Very nice!
I like the first one; looks a lot like Utah Pigeon Blood Agate (or maybe it is, I don't know 🙂).

I think there's some really great rocks in there Peta! I'm one of the most impatient people I know...which is why I don't tumble as often as I should! LOL - Kudos for realizing where there is room for improvement. I have faith in ya...you'll get it!!

There’s some nice pieces there. I’m always picking out polished rocks to go back to coarse. I usually sort my tumbles into three bins.
* rocks with pits or cracks * rocks without pits or cracks * Premium rocks which are my favorites
It takes forever to get enough perfect rocks to move on to stage 2. Thanks for showing Peta.

It's definitely hard to not move them along when you want to see pretty shiny rocks lol...but - as noted I need to change my way of thinking or I'll just keep being disappointed. Appreciate the encouragement!

Thanks for showing Peta. I love that idea of the different bins - I need to set that up so as I'm going through them I know where I stand. I think you (or someone) posted their set up that had different trays for sorting. I do my 2, 3, 4 stages in the vibe so I usually have to wait to get enough to fill that anyways. Thanks for looking!!

I'll repeat what everyone else says, that's a really nice bunch of rocks. I normally check my stage one coarse grit batches every week to see if any are ready to move on to stage two, but after weeks of not seeing much progress, sometimes none at all, I started doing just a recharge (wash them off good, and put them back in the barrel with clean water and new 60/90 grit) and let them go another week, then repeat maybe three more times before doing the close inspection. I just look forward to three weeks instead of the standard one week. I'm getting used to it. Thanks for sharing. I would keep a close eye on the snowflake obsidian because it is softer than the others, however, it might be okay since you're using a lot of media.

Thank you!! Waiting extra time is probably not a bad idea - especially with crazy lace and really any agate - they seem to take so long anyways. Yeah, I did have quite a bit of media in the vibe and was keeping an eye on the obsidian - it was really the smoothest of the bunch. I had about three pieces in there that all turned out nicely shaped.
