Nice day yesterday and 83 today- then low 40s on Sat. I did a lot of inside curves. I'm also whittling down my girdle heights for wire wrapping. They are all about 2.5mm. I had been creeping up when I was selling to accommodate smithies. But, now- they are all mine. I'm still having some camera issues, so bear with me.
Big willow creek 50mm
Jelly Amethyst Sage No cracks- reflections.
jasoninsd sent this preform. It is supposed to be eudialyte, but it has reflective, metallic sprays like the astrophyllite he sent. Doesn't matter that it's a little blurry because you can't really see the spray in a picture anyway. Some kind of beautiful agate that I got from @halojonathan. I think I have one left. They are gorgeous! Copper complex. This is a freeform from a little piece I had. I can see chrysocolla, rosaite, malachite, cuprite, a little pyrite and more. Might be from vegasjames . Big Owyhee flower jasper. This is a freeform from a scrap. Waste not, want not. 53mm Not quite sure what this or where I got it, but a long time ago, I got a lot of mixed bits of chrysocolla on eBay. This scrap may be from that. Another freeform. Beautiful in person. The bright blue against the dark red is awesome. It was pretty hard and solid. I didn't smell the unmistakable smell of copper or chrysocolla.
And a group shot for size reference.
Thanks for looking! I'm gonna try to cab today, too.

All beautiful. I like the last one the best. The altered triangle of chrysocolla.

Boy, Tela it looks like you are on a roll .
Beauties all around.
I'm a sucker for the copper complexes - how can you not like them. But your Owyhee flower jasper is just a beautiful graceful shape, with that pattern on the stone. Nice capture.
Thanks for the show. Patty

Loverly, loverly! I can't even pick a favorite out of these. They are all beauties. Eudialyte can have sprays in it and look like Astrophyllite sometimes. Love the crazy cool shape on the copper complex.

Oh so very nice. The @halojonathan agate is extraordinary, but the willow creek seems to stand out amongst the rest in the group photo. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful group, and fantastic variety! If one doesn't work for that wrap you've envisioned, the next one will . . .may each one bring you numerous brilliant ideas! I will now slink off on that 80 deg.--we hit 11 deg. last night after a few days in the 40's to 50's.

I love all the feedback everyone! I still don't feel like I'm up to par, but this helps my confidence. All beautiful. I like the last one the best. The altered triangle of chrysocolla. Thanks, Beth. Can't go wrong with chrysocolla! Lovin' those curves girl!! Fantastic job on all these. That agate from Jonathan has an amazing pattern to it!! It's been really nice to seeing the results of you back on the wheels!! Thanks, Jason. That agate is very nice. I have a hard time finding pretty agates. It's been nice being at the wheels. I just wish that that muscle memory would hurry up and kick in again! Boy, Tela it looks like you are on a roll . Beauties all around.

Thank you, Patty! I just love Owyhee flower jasper and it works up real nice, too. Not too hard, not too soft. Loverly, loverly! I can't even pick a favorite out of these. They are all beauties. Eudialyte can have sprays in it and look like Astrophyllite sometimes. Love the crazy cool shape on the copper complex. Thanks, Robin! I have had many eudialytes, but that's the first I have seen with the spray. It's really pretty, but needs a video. I should start doing that. I love the group shot! All are very nice, pretty cool to be so productive! Thanks, Khara. Sweet!! I love freeform cabs. Thanks! I like freeforms, too, esp when I just have a lump of rock. It seems like magic to go from a lump of rock to a pretty cab. Oh so very nice. The @halojonathan agate is extraordinary, but the willow creek seems to stand out amongst the rest in the group photo. Thanks for sharing. Thank you! I LOVE willow creek! Nice cabs. Glad to see you back on the wheels Thanks! It has been a long time, but I'm lovin' it. Beautiful group, and fantastic variety! I will now slink off on that 80 deg.--we hit 11 deg. last night after a few days in the 40's to 50's. Thanks, Susan. That's what I'm hoping.
I hope it warms up soon again for you. I've been hearing about ya'll's weather. Ugh.
