realrockhound, are you sure you got the material in the bucket from the Luna agate location? The more I look at your photos the more I think what you could have is Jasperella since the claim was located in 2001 and was last active in 2020. I know some material from that claim was most likely sold in Quartzsite at some time. I don’t know where it exactly came from. If the mine was located in 2001, then I know for certain the material in the bucket was in there far before 2001. Most everything I obtained came from my grandpa. Where I pulled that bucket from, I remember all that stuff being stuffed away and buried when I was still very very young. I just know the mine was located in 2001 but it could have been a known rockhounding area from who knows when. I know I was told about it from a guy who had rockhounded the area and picked up material before it was a claim. It sure looks like the same material to me. Online there are a few references to Jasperella material from Arizona. The few references to Red Luna Agate seem to have a different look to them. What makes me think it's Jasperella is the green "rind" for lack of a better word on the outside of your pieces. Almost all the pieces (and there aren't a lot) that I have found or seen from that site had the green. It seems like Luna is more on the blue/purple or brown outside of the nodules. Just my take on it.
