I have tried at least 5 times to get them to respond to my emails. I need parts and they don't seem to give a damn. From my experience, their customer service is horse shit at best. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have heard this is a pretty standard Issue since Covid. I guess maybe they dont have the help to answer emails or something dont know. But it seems to be an ongoing problem.
