It's really pretty whatever it is, and a great shine on it too. Love my Lot-o (patiently waiting for them to send me a new motor!)

Side-note, it was good to hear they are honoring the slightly out-of-warranty. I already have the alternate shaker motor sitting in a box, just waiting for the day mine fails. Hopefully it never happens!

Hopefully it never happens! THank you! Yes, I agree - was very happy when they said that. Got confirmation it was delivered to them 3 days ago - hopefully they'll have a new one to send along. My hubby did say that his work place works with the company and he might be able to order one too, but definitely wanted to go the 'free' route first ha! I hope yours never fails, but seems the newer models aren't as well made, sadly.

Really nice polish on that but I'm not sure that is epidote. Normally it is a kind of a swamp green color

Don't know what that rock is exactly, but it sure is purty!

Awesome rock. Was this a local find for you? Yes, this was a SW Michigan beach find.

This came out of the latest Lot-O batch yesterday. I'm familiar with green epidote, but this one is a mystery to me. Maybe it's just a different form of it with richer blue-greens. I love the coloring and it took a great shine. Have no idea what this is, have never seen a rock of those color shades. I just collected 100lbs or so of mostly epidote from Lake Superior. Epidote, at least from what I have experienced is not translucent and not this shade of green.
