So I have a Tumble Bee tumbler with the 4lb barrel and its working great, had it for 6 months so far and no major issues. Recently the barrel has gotten wonky and I sent the company an email to ask how long the barrels normally last, they asked for photos of what was wrong and are sending a new replacement barrel without me even asking, I was just assuming the issue was normal wear. Plus, they responded to my email in less than 1 hour. They have earned my respect for great customer service. Just wanted to let yall know.
