Hi all. I got my Carneilian agate today. Most pieces are between the size of a nickel to a quarter. I've already cabbed one piece and it came out sweet. Really takes a nice shine-pic tomorrow. They also threw in a couple of gifts. The Carneilian The gifts. Nice slab of dyed agate Now, I don't want to sound ungrateful-well, I'll let you guys be the judge. All you people new to tumbling, this is not what to expect. I'm sorry, I really appreciate the gesture, but.... enjoy, Ed

Well, the carnelian is great, the blue slab is pretty and it's really the thought that counts.

Come on, you guys don't know quality, thats the new trend in Pendants. I bet that baby would sell for $80 on ebay..

Now be nice people. $80 dollars for a milk dud/tootsie roll pendant...hmm, there's one born every minute.
This doesn't mean we've lowered our standard for our tumbles.

If it were me, i'd just put it in a geocache. I'll agree that it looks like a chewed up tootsie roll... A day AFTER it's been eaten by my dog! ;D Oh, but the other things are nice though!

Did you ask the seller what the last one was or why they included it? It would be interesting to hear what they say... That blue slice is incredibly beautiful!

That's nice looking carnelian... mind if I ask who was the seller? The blue agate looks nice too, though I'm a bit of a purist, so I generally balk at the dyed stuff. And the third piece... well how special is that?!?... to have someone's kidney stone tumbled up like that and ready for a pendant chain!?
