So I bought my tumble bee 7 months ago almost 8 months ago, and while there customer service was fantastic when it come to the issue with the barrel, I have ran into an issue that im not so sure they would be as great about. The drive shaft has ground away the plastic so that the hole where the bearing sits is now totally loose and floppy. The hole is now way to big for the bearing. I do think that making the body of the tumbler out of plastic is a design oversite and it should be made out of metal.
Other than this issue, it still works beautifully, I have not even had to replace a belt yet. Which is ironic that the belt is fine but the plastic wore away around the drive shaft. Just a heads up for anyone considering a tumble-bee, that this COULD be an issue for you or maybe i just got one with a flaw in the plastic. Not sure.

Thanks for the update. I'll be curious to hear what they have to say about the issue... This is what my Email Said: "Sorry to bother you again, I am writing again about Order number #2944, Name on the Account Vance Hanna, and have attached a photo of the issue. I am unsure if this is normal wear due to the body being plastic or if this is due to the warped barrel you replaced for me already. The drive shaft has wore away the plastic around the bearing and no longer is seating in the housing. Tumbler is just shy of 8 months old. Just wanted to make sure you guys were informed, might be a possible design issue with the plastic body or possibley a result of the warped barrel that you replaced for me. Thanks for your time Vance Hanna" Last time my email was like this, pointing out the issue and asking if it was normal wear they simpley sent a replacement barrel no questions asked once I sent them a photo of it, this is actually the Machine itself, so im not sure if they will jump to simply replacing it or not. I have my dad looking at it(man has insane mechanical skills and already thinks he has a fix) so best case i get a new base and i get the old base fixed, worst case they tell me they cant do anything.

Well, I just heard back from them this was the company response to my email:
"Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your email and for providing a picture of the issue. I'm sorry to see you are having this issue with your Tumble-Bee. It is unusual for this to occur, and I can't say for certain what has caused this, but it is likely that the bouncing of the previous barrel contributed to this happening. I will send a replacement base unit out for you. I recommend keeping the original unit for spare replacement parts should you need them in the future. You will receive a separate email with the tracking # as soon as it is ready to ship.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Jennifer Stangley Customer Service Team"
And I already have a tracking number for the replacement base!! As in its already been shipped!!! Guys Tumble-bee is a FANTASTIC company to deal with!

I love when the old guy is irreplaceable with tinkering ability. My father can pretty much fix or build anything. He is gonna build my big tumbler once i get the parts, he already grabbed a 75 to 1 gear box reducer to slow the 3200+ rpm motor down.

I am telling yall, Tumble-Bee has earned my Loyalty with their AMAZING customer service, they are truly a joy to deal with. Even if the tumbler itself isnt the 100% best on the market, their amazing customer service more than makes up for what little there is lacking with the tumbler, which honestly isnt a lot. 2 issues in 8 months, and not even a broken belt in that time.
