I don't know if you have tried this, but this is the fastest way to get up and running with cloudinary.

On the cloudinary page, on the picture there should be a little tab that says copy url. Click that. When you come back here and select create post, you’ll see a lil tab at the top that says image. Click that, when the url pops up clear the box, then paste url in there and click upload image. Should do the trick.
