I am relatively new to this hobby. I purchased a used 7’ tile saw with two blades for $25 and have been using it to cut rocks and pre shape rocks for tumbling. I’m enjoying this and have been looking for a 10’ saw. I saw this saw (no pun intended) on Craigslist for $200 (with a blade and a folding stand) but I can find no reference to a Superior brand saw on this forum or on the web. My questions are… 1. Does anyone have knowledge of Superior saws? If you do, what is the reputation of this company? 2. What do you think of the price? I haven’t contacted this individual yet to see if he is whether to bargain it down since it’s been on the market since July 23.

I just did some really quick research, and from what I can tell, only used saws are available. Company must have gone under. My gut, based upon a thread I just read from a few years back is that if it has good bearings, maybe. But if you suspect the bearings at all, low ball or skip it.
