I agree with Robin, it certainly seems like the wheels.
I didn't read the whole thread, but one of the things I did when this happened to me (one of the times) was to mark the high spots in the soft wheels by holding a marker close to the running wheel. Then turn the wheels so the high spots are at opposite points. The high spots most likely indicate more weight as they have more coating on them. Another thing that has worked for me-- and don't flame me anyone, cause it worked-- was to run the wheels slightly loose so the weights can find their own balance. I did have some success with that. jasoninsd remember when my wheels were loose and spinning backwards? After I tightened them up a little and ran them they started to wobble less and less. However, I tolerate a slight vibration because it is such a pain to do one wheel a fraction of a turn at a time. I thought about running the wheels loose too. They might balance on their own, or you could slow individual wheels by using a cab as a brake. If the nuts were just tight enough to hold the balanced alignment when you turn the machine off. I also thought about a hard wheel skipping around my basement at 1750 rpm. LOL If anything, both nuts should tighten up a little when you turn the machine on. I don’t think there’s much risk of wheels coming off. I think it’s smart Tela. I might give it a try on my CK.

Let the co-flaming begin...because I think that's a genius way to find the "balance point" of the wheels!!

I don't know what wheels come with a cabking. The kinglseynorth 6 inch comes with two options; their wheels or DP. The DP option is $400 more. DP wheels are good but I consider them overpriced.
You need to identify if any of the wheels are out of balance by switching them one at a time to the other arbor. It the problem occurs on the right, problem solved and ask for a replacement. If not ask, for a new machine.

So last night I took all wheels off and tried switching them around - I got myself all confused on what went where (have I mentioned I am NOT mechanically inclined in any way?) had hubby come down and assist (he IS very much mechanically inclined!) and we were able to test. Honestly didn't notice a big difference when I switched them, but when I put everything back together and turned it on it was so much better! Added foam tape to the bottom of the drip pans and the vibration is 99% gone. There is still some, but I would expect that with a machine that runs as fast as this does. I suspect when I took everything off and reset it the problem was solved. I plan on working down there this weekend and should have a better sense then. Thank you thank you thank you all for your infinite wisdom!

Problem solved is always good. This may be a little technical. In 1972, I was a computer operator in the air force. That was when input was punch cards. There was a small deck of cards that was punched at an operational facility, like motor pool. A punched card must have two holes in a column, no more or no less. When reading the deck with a card reader, the job would stop before completion. I didn't want to inspect every column (80) in every card maybe a hundred for extra holes.
I did what is called a binary search which is dividing the deck in half and reading each half to identify which half had the problem. The next step would be to divide the problem deck in half until the bad card was found. This deck had failed multiple times so it was surprising that neither half had a problem. I put the deck back together and it was read completely.
What I was suggesting with the wheels was the same approach and your result (no problem) was the same.

I'm glad to read you got the fix figured out Peta!! Unless you're a Beach Boy, there's no "Good Vibrations"!* LOL *And since this is a "family friendly" forum, I'm going to leave that statement exactly "as is"! LOL
