We’ll, I finally got tired of waiting for people to have vibrating tumblers back in stock. I currently have a lot-o and wanted to add a second so I decided to build one myself. I basically copied my lot-o tumbler with some modifications to accept the 30 watt concrete vibrator motor that everyone has been talking so much about. I tuned it exactly the same way you’d tune a lot-o and after a lot of testing I think I’ve got the motor counter weights set correctly. I’ll post a video once I figure out how.

I’m really curious to see how you built it and will be waiting for the video.

I'm currently collecting supplies to do the same thing, but I modified HVAC parts to create the frame. I have to assemble it and test it . . . will be a while. Can't wait to see what you made!

I'm jealous of your industry... I have all the parts to rebuild my UV-10 but am dragging my feet and just bought a new vibe :/

Alright, I finally figured out how to get pictures and videos upload. What a pain that was. Lol Man I am going to be embarrassed to post mine after seeing yours! Your's looks like a professional metal shop made it - mine looks like amateur hour - haha. I can only get videos up to 10 seconds to post - unless you put them on youtube or something. Amazing job on that frame - would love to know how you made it! Here is the frame I am going to use:

I've been a fabricator/welder for almost 25 years in a custom sheet metal shop. I made all the parts at work and then welded it at home. The only thing I had any issues with was finding the material to make the springs.

That looks legit dude! How much did it cost to make? We seriously need a solution for cheap, available vibes. If you are asking me - I'm shooting for less than $125.00 and nothing more than basic tools to build it. I'm making my own springs out of some 1/16" stainless. Wish I had the metal skills to build one like bawcustoms !!

That’s what I told my wife when I showed her your creation; ‘this is a guy who works with metal and has access to the tools’. Very nice!

That looks legit dude! How much did it cost to make? We seriously need a solution for cheap, available vibes. It cost me about 60 dollars to make. I already had a second bowl for my lot-o but I'll need to buy another one eventually so that'll add another 60 bucks to it

I should have added that the reason I like the liner is that after I added the concrete vibrating motor to my Lot-O, I had wear issuse on the bowl. I think the liner will take care of any of that issue.

I guess I didn’t figure out how to upload videos. Anybody know how to do it? The easiest way I have found is to put it on YouTube then copy and paste the link here.

That’s a very creative use of roof vent material, something that all of us have access to and could figure out. I’ll be curious to see how it runs.

Wish I had the metal skills to build one like bawcustoms !! I tried using 20ga stainless for the springs and it didn't really work. It just bends to easily. You'll definitely want to find some spring steel.
