I can get .PDF files to upload and when I log into Cloudinary the file is there in my media library, however linking to it is not allowed - probably for security reasons?

With pdf's for use on the forum I am able to upload them to our server and provide a working link to the location.

So I wondered if there was a way to put it on the forum for download ?
