Great slab! I would be torn about cutting it up for some great cabs or keeping it whole to just look at. Tough choice.

Never seen Rosario lace with sagenite spray on it. At least I'm thinking rosario, there has been a bit of it showing up at shows recently but not that nice.

I love that piece Tela! There's a seriously wicked cab in that right side "bulging" area!! Here's some inspiration for you.  I got a slabette a couple weeks ago from Jonathan...you know...prodigal Jonathan! LOL - They're waiting patiently for me to attack them. Not sure what I'm doing yet with that third little piece...  |

If you're willing, when you get the slab in hand...and you're considering whether to cab it or not...would you be willing to show the shape you've chosen and where on the slab you're thinking of taking the preform from? (Whether you mark it in pencil, or just put the stencil over the slab to show what you're thinking.)
I think it would be interesting to see where your thought process is in cab selection out of this piece.

It came in! Absolutely solid. Rings like china. I don't think I will have any issues with it. Should yield some nice cabs. The back is already marked out. I haven't done my own marking yet.

This is bad...I've been dinking around for the last 15 minutes or so marking shapes on a copy of your picture just to see what I would do with that one! LOL
I can see you've got some alternating "overhangs" on the edges...which are different whether you mark the front or the back...which will be a challenge in choosing sides...
