Not sure on this one, but think it is petrified wood.

Those last two photos show a very interesting specimen. I have to wonder what the "skin" is. It kind of reminds me of some weird eucalyptus bark or something. It also looks a little water worn and it might be cool to polish the small end to open up a window of its cross section.

Last one kind of looks like birch, kinda. Did you find those pieces near each other? If I recall right, all the pieces except the one in the last two photos were found in Northern Nevada. The one in the last two pics Southern Nevada, but very close to where I located 3 opalized logs, 1 agatized log and one other nice piece of petrified wood previously.
