Faceting board has expanded to include general flat lapping

All, in case you're wondering where the board dedicated to faceting went, you are here and it has expanded to include all different kinds of grinding and polishing done on flat lapidary machines.
The reason this change was made is multifaceted (pun intended) with the two main reasons being we did not have a dedicated flat lap board and it was confusing where flat lap questions should go. Recently we had two flat lap questions posted in the 'technical help' area and honestly staff including me weren't sure which board to move them to.
So this fixes that - and also the faceting board which IS a highly technical form of flat lapping was lagging behind and occasionally getting no new activity for months at a time. In particular the faceting board sat unused for almost a year and a half from Nov '21 thru Apr '22.
I've done a light search for flat lap threads that clearly belong in this new combined board and I've moved a few over. We are aware that there are flat-lap crossover subjects and that's OK too. Flat lapping cabochons posts are still perfectly valid in the 'Creating Cabochons' board, and machine related questions are still perfectly valid in the 'Lapidary Equipment' board same as tumblers, rotary cabbers, are etc.
Questions and feedback are of course welcome.
