I have tried to send a couple PM's related to rockhounding. I have not had any responses and was wondering if it could be that my messages are not being delivered due to my low post count. Is this a thing?

MadMax as the others said there are no minimum requirements on PM'ing. I apologize that I am one of those non-responders - no excuses but it's been kind of a crazy weekend and early week now. I went to respond to your's and several other PM's like three times and haven't got it done.
