Nice set.
I didn’t get any rocks either, so I’m going to go mine some for new years.

I would've sworn that Calico Lace was Silver Lace Onyx. Great pattern in that one! That Pietersite is my favorite...followed closely by that Willow Creek! They're all gorgeous though!

Probably the best duds I have ever seen, if you're referring to these as duds that is. My two favorites are the Montana agate and the mookaite, but all are stunning.

LOL The names have been changed to protect the innocent. 😊 I think the onyx with the dendrites Contrasts nicely… Calico is the spot in Mohave desert 🌵 By my inlaws house.. There’s tons of crumble out there I never picked up and Agate material, nothing caught my eye

Calico is the spot in Mohave desert 🌵 By my inlaws house.. There’s tons of crumble out there I never picked up and Agate material, nothing caught my eye Not to confuse the issue further but there are two Calico collecting locations, one is just outside Barstow CA and that's where the Silver Lace Onyx mine is and about 500 feet straight down to desert floor there is ton's of crumbles which yeild gorgeous smaller pieces. If the cab came from the Calico ghost town area then IMO it's Silver Lace Onyx. A few miles up Mule Canyon there are great agate and even sagenite collecting locations. Most of the agate is blah desert agate but one location I found yeilded some beautiful yellow agate that strongly and confusingly resembles the better known Calico Agate from in Mexico. I once had an argument with a dealer who was selling agate from Calico MX and in my ignorance at the time I thought he was mis-labeling it. Oops

That willow creek is certainly a dud. You should send it to me to save you the embarrassment.
